Nutrition

Nutrition is a key foundation of overall health and wellness. Feeding our bodies right down to a cellular level with nutrient dense wholefood is critical to optimal physiological function and well-being.

Functional nutrition takes things back to basics by providing strategies unique to the individual, addressing core foundations like: digestion, hydration, blood sugar regulation and adrenal health, fatty acid and vitamin/ mineral status. We offer individualised assessment and care plans specific to your needs.

Yoga

We offer block courses for both pregnancy yoga and wellness yoga which are on Monday evenings and typically align with a school term. Wellness yoga is an hour of asana, building weekly to improve flexibility, fitness, mindfulness and strength. Pregnancy yoga is gentle and restorative, with small classes to allow careful guidance.
